"Unfortunately, the drive was 20 mins late for my pick up from home. There was no notification of the £5 Heathrow drop off charge until on approach to the airport - this should have been notified as part of the booking process"
"So easy to use and quick too but, although I had 3 minutes left to complete the booking, as I clicked complete after submitting my payment details, the price changed adding on a further £1.50!!"
